Simple terms.

These terms apply to website work purchased from Laurelwood Web and handled by Kevin.

Payment and scope

Packages are one-time payments with no subscription or lock-in. Each package covers only the pages, features, revision rounds and support listed at purchase. New direction, added pages or work outside that scope is quoted and approved separately.

Starting and delivery

Work starts after payment. The delivery clock starts when the project intake is complete and Laurelwood has the content, access and materials needed to begin. Delays in receiving those items pause the schedule.

Revisions

A revision round is one collected list of changes to the agreed design and content. Minimalist includes one round, Standard includes two, and Premium includes two plus reasonable small changes for 30 days after delivery.

Domains, hosting and materials

You buy and own your domain. Hosting is set up in your name so you keep control. You confirm that logos, photos, text and other materials you provide may legally be used.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before work starts, we will refund the project payment. Once work has started, any refund is partial and at Laurelwood's discretion based on work already completed and costs incurred. Payment-provider fees that cannot be recovered may be deducted.

Approval

You are responsible for reviewing names, claims, prices, contact details and final content before launch. Laurelwood will fix mistakes within the agreed scope, but cannot promise business results, rankings or sales.
