Laurelwood Web collects only what is needed to discuss, build and support your website.

Chat

The chat stores your email address and conversation messages so Kevin can reply and you can return later. Your conversation link acts like an access key: anyone with the link may be able to read that conversation. Keep it private and do not post or forward it.

Project forms

Inquiry and intake forms collect the business, contact and project details you submit. We use them to evaluate, deliver and support the work you requested.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your information. Service providers such as hosting, email and payment companies process information only as needed to run the site and complete your purchase. Conversations and project records are kept while they are useful for the work and ordinary business records, then may be deleted.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete information by emailing info@laurelwoodweb.com. Some records may be kept when needed for payments, disputes or legal obligations.
